QA Lead

Desired profile:
- Strong experience in web application testing, with a focus on cross-browser and device compatibility
- Experience testing CMS platforms and e-commerce systems
- Exposure to mobile application testing
- Proven experience in manual & automated functional testing
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on QA automation experience using tools such as: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright / Puppeteer, Postman / REST Assured for API testing
- Capable of writing and maintaining automation test scripts
- Proficient in test planning, test case creation, execution, defect logging, and validation
- Good understanding of SQL for backend data validation
- Ability to own QA delivery independently for assigned projects
- Comfortable working and collaborating with development, product, and business teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr will be an added advantage
- Should be able to manage a team of 5-6 QA resources.
